Luxury Home Gym Design in Singapore with NOHRD, PENT. and Pilates Reformer

The Brief

The client wanted a dedicated wellness space that would support a complete fitness routine for the multi generational family. They wanted a gym that would also complement the home's refined interior. Rather than a traditional home gym, the vision was to create a space where movement, recovery, and wellbeing could become part of everyday life.

The challenge was to accommodate strength training for the brothers, cardio for the client and her husband, mobility for her parents, and Pilates for her brother, all within a single room while preserving a clean and cohesive aesthetic. 

The result is a versatile home wellness studio that brings together fitness and luxury in a setting designed for long-term functionality.

The Proposal

1. Strength: For the strength zone, we selected a refined mix of equipment that balances functionality with understated design. The setup includes the NOHRD Exercise Bench, and NOHRD WeightPlates for a complete and versatile training experience. To further complement the space, we also included the PENT. Colmia Vertical Stand for elegant equipment storage, alongside the Stil-Fit Functional Trainer for fluid and adaptable strength training.

2. Cardio: For cardio, we proposed the NOHRD Bike - a beautifully crafted piece that blends seamlessly into the interior while delivering a smooth and engaging ride experience.

3. Mobility: For mobility and stretching, we incorporated the NOHRD WallBars and PENT.Mesna fitness ball to support flexibility and bodyweight training while adding a strong architectural element to the room.

4. Pilates: We also included the Pent Pilates Reformer - one of the most luxurious and customisable reformers available - allowing the client to personalise finishes, including the colour of the reformer bed, to suit the overall space.
