Shipping policy

Each item is handcrafted upon your order and will be shipped once the production is completed. The estimated time provided on each product page is only an estimation and we do not guarantee that the product will be ready for shipping within this estimated time.

Prices are inclusive of delivery in Singapore and metro Australia. Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible by normal modes of transportation. 

If you are located outside of Singapore or metro Australia, we will estimate the curbside delivery cost at check out. We contact you with the additional shipping costs if there are any.
